Pavê is a French-inspired Brazilian dessert and its name derives from the word “pavage” (French), which means “pavement”, that is, a set of stones and concrete that, in turn, resembles layers of cream and cookies or pieces of cake that make up the dessert, filled with Brazil's most beloved chocolates. More specifically, it's a type of iced pie that has a base of cookies soaked in cream between the layers. It is very popular in Brazil, especially at the end of the year. Very creamy and delicious!!!
