Refund Policy

At Pudim Lovers, our goal is to provide you with fresh, high-quality desserts every time. Because our products are perishable food items, we have specific rules regarding refunds and pickups.

1. No Returns

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns once an order has been picked up.

2. Refunds or Replacements

We will gladly issue a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • Your order was damaged or spoiled before pickup.

  • There was an issue on our side that prevented your order from being fulfilled.

3. Pickup Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the scheduled time.

  • Orders not picked up on the scheduled date will not be refunded, as all items are made to order and perishable.

4. Scheduling Pickup Day

  • During checkout (on the “Cart” page), customers must select their desired pickup day.

  • If no pickup day is selected, you must contact our team at pudimlovers.dmv@gmail.com to request a date.

  • If we do not receive a request, the order will automatically be scheduled for the next available pickup day, respecting our 24-hour processing time to be added to the production list.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • You must contact us at pudimlovers.dmv@gmail.com within 24 hours of pickup if there is an issue with your order.

  • Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product/package if applicable.

  • Once verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or prepare a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If you change your mind after purchase.

  • If you fail to pick up your order during the scheduled pickup hours.

  • If you do not contact us to schedule a pickup date when one was not selected at checkout.
