Pavês

Pavê is a French-inspired Brazilian dessert and its name derives from the word “pavage” (French), which means “pavement”, that is, a set of stones and concrete that, in turn, resembles layers of cream and cookies or pieces of cake that make up the dessert. More specifically, it's a type of iced pie that has a base of cookies soaked in cream between the layers. It is very popular in Brazil, especially at the end of the year. Our Pavês are available in family sizes, which serves 5 to 6 portions, and party size, which serves more than 10 portions. We also have an individual option, with 350g.
