1. How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply add your favorite items to the cart, choose your pickup date, and complete checkout.
2. What are the pickup days and times?
Pickups are available in Aspen Hill, MD, every Wednesday and Friday, from 1:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
3. What happens if I don’t select a pickup day at checkout?
If you don’t choose a pickup day in the Cart page, your order will automatically be processed for the next available pickup day, as long as the 24-hour advance notice is respected. If you need a different day, please contact our team before checkout.
4. Can I request same-day pickup?
No. All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare your fresh dessert.
5. Where is the pickup location?
Pickups are in Aspen Hill, MD. The exact address and instructions are provided after checkout.
6. Do you offer delivery?
At the moment, we only offer local pickup. Delivery is not available.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout through our secure Shopify system.
8. Can I get a refund if I don’t pick up my order?
Since our products are perishable and made to order, all sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy for details.
